01. Agreement of Terms
By accessing AnatoliaDigitalPrime.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Anatolia Digital Prime based in Ankara. These terms govern your use of our proprietary **digital analytics** interface and the dissemination of our **business intelligence** tools.
If you are using these services on behalf of an enterprise, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions. Accessing our **insights** without express agreement to these terms is prohibited.
02. Intellectual Intelligence Assets
All methodologies, data structures, specialized algorithms, and visual interpretations provided through this hub are the exclusive intellectual property of Anatolia Digital Prime. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with content for internal business evaluation only.
Prohibited Actions:
- Reverse engineering of analytics models.
- Data scraping or automated extraction of proprietary datasets.
- Redistribution of intelligence reports without written consent.
03. Operational Standards
We maintain rigorous uptime and security protocols. However, your access is contingent upon responsible usage. We reserve the right to suspend any account that exhibits patterns detrimental to the integrity of our digital intelligence hub or exceeds established API rate limits.
Data Accuracy
Users acknowledge that while our analytics are high-precision, they are based on available external signals and should be used as advisory nodes.
Account Security
All enterprise credentials must remain confidential. Anatolia Digital Prime is not liable for data breaches resulting from local credential mismanagement.
04. Liability Limitations
Anatolia Digital Prime provides services "as is." We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or market shifts based on our **business intelligence** forecasts. The risk of business decision-making remains solely with the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anatolia Digital Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital analytics platform.
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, specifically the jurisdiction of Ankara courts. Any disputes arising from the use of our intelligence hub will be settled through the appropriate legal channels in Ankara.
